Thought and Circumstances

A person who is eager to improve his circumstances, but refuses to improve himself, is bound by his current circumstances.

Even if his sole objective is to achieve wealth, he must be prepared to make great sacrifices before he can accomplish his objective.

The same is true for a person wishing to achieve a strong, balanced, and poised life.

If a person is constantly fighting against his circumstances, it means that he is revolting against the effect on the outside, but is nourishing and preserving contrary thoughts in his mind and heart.

A person is literally what he thinks, and his character and circumstances are the complete sum of all his thoughts.
